关于DDO利用email联系土鳖并传真信用卡信息并获得绑定的方法

1. 一定要先发email给土B先， 获得回复后，得到一个问题代码。email是在土b网站的support连接网页方式发的， 自己挂上代理去看看，要求填写的内容

email格式如下， 言简意赅，基本通用。


Greeting, turbine staff,

I got 140002 problem when I amend my billing
information. I think it's caused by IP problem.
So I would like to fax you my billing
information in order to bind my account
manually. Is this Ok for you? Pls confirm contactor name
and fax number by return. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

2. 等待土b的回复， 回复后他会告诉你一些信息， 如果没有回复，你可以点击当你发出第一封email时，系统自动回复的email里的连接，然后在后面跟上催促的留言。
处理需要时间，可以耐心等待。 直到类似这样的回复。

-the inquiry number in the subject line of this email (196000)
-the username of the account (that is used to log into the game)
-the first and last name on the credit card (please include any initials)

-the expiration date of the card
-the 3 digit security code on the back of the card (the 4 digit code from the front for American Express)
-the billing address as your credit card company has it on file.  Please be sure to include the street, any apartment numbers, city, state/province/area, country and postal code

Please do NOT email your card information, as we cannot accept credit cards via email.

3. 书写fax， 我这里附上通用模板，大家根据自己的情况修改并回传至相应的号码即可。

From: 这里填英文姓名既拼音，注意名在前，姓在后
这里一定要附上传真号码，否则可能会视为spam

Here is the information may need:
The inquiry number in the subject line of this email

写的顺序一定要按照先小地方，再大地方的顺序



我是从word里复制过来给大家看的，便于操作，这里也附上word原文件。 修改并打印后为了证明有效性及时效性，你可以签上你的大名，中英都可以，英文用拼音，名前，姓后，写上日期，格式：月/日/年， 比如02/28/2009， 要加0， 不然比如2/3/2009， 你说你二月三，还是三月二？很容易误导的，像这样的email日期，至少在我们在我这外贸部，我就无视的，没时间猜你心思。

发送后， 务必要在网站上留言， 告知你已经发送了fax， 并将发送的时间，日期列出来，便于土b的追踪。 格式如下：

the fax to Katie（发给谁） at 9:40 gm+8（发送时间）, pls kindly check and
update for me asap. Thanks.

4. 耐心等待， 直到有类似这样的email回复即可。
