部分玩家反映DDO中的转生训练师Kruz消失了

Standing in front of Kruz, waiting another 2 minutes for my timer to be up when he just disappears in front of me. Tried relogging now, and multiple other characters, but he's not even appearing on the map anymore. Was Kruz disabled? And if so, for how long?
