关于传奇天命转生后归零的解决办法

前几天传奇转生，天命和天命都归零了，看到之前贴吧上有同学发帖子说求助GM，然后今早有空就求助了，成功了。鉴于前两天听到公会有同学也因为这个原因，不会英语而重新练了天命，现在把大概流程和需要写的话发在这里，因为重新练天命实在不忍直视。。。英语不好，写的有错误大家多包涵。还有一个问题，发现在官网上写信没用，不知道是不是选择错误了。在游戏里直接发ticket管用。
1. 登陆游戏按ESC，出现以下图片，点击HELP




2. 点开help后，选择new ticket



3. 然后在如下下拉菜单中选择Gameplay







4. 然后在如下对话框中填写：
When my character （填写你的角色名字） did epic reincarnation, all my destinies reseted which all completed and my fate point also reseted to zero. Please help me! （意思就是某角色的传奇天命重置和天命点重置了，需要帮忙），




5. 点击submit，不要下线，等待GM在线上联系你




6. 以下是GM联系我的对话，我把重要的单词意思标注下：（GM回复是绿色字体）
(Admin): +Spectvortex+ tells you, 'Greetings XXX! I am a Game Master for Online Support and will be with you momentarily. You can reply to my messages by typing /r and entering your message（让直接回复他出现了什么 问题）.'


此时请直接回复刚才打在对话框的对话，我的回复如下：
You tell +Spectvortex+, 'hey'
You tell +Spectvortex+, 'When my character XXX did epic reincarnation, all my destinies reseted which all completed and my fate point also reseted to zero. Please help me！“


GM 回复：
+Spectvortex+ tells you, 'Sorry to hear. I should be able to help you out.' （help you out 意思就是可以帮忙了）
+Spectvortex+ tells you, 'Go ahead and claim one destiny at a time so that I can restore the XP.' （Claim one destiny 就是让你先激活一个天命，restore the XP就是回复XP。全句就是让先激活一个天命，然后他帮你把这个天命满XP
+Spectvortex+ tells you, 'And just switch to the next one once the XP is granted.' 这句话就是当你看到你刚才那个天命xp满了以后，就激活下一个天命，他继续帮你慢XP。这样直至所有天命XP都满上。


当天命全满了之后，回复GM一个”Thankes very much!"就行了，不用管GM说什么。


可能每次GM回复的语句都不相同，大家大概看到以上几个单词，借助下翻译软件就可以了。
