最近小编在贴吧看到一件趣事,极限竞速地平线5玩家发英文邮件跟官方扯皮要车,当然最终结果失败,下面我们一起来看看来龙去脉。
该玩家最开始买了地平线5的终极版,领取了一些送的车,后来退款了并买了标准版,送的车也理所当然地被回收了。该玩家又买了顶级加载捆绑包,把标准版升级成了终极版,但该玩家发现自己不能再免费领取曾经领过一次的车了,得花CR才行。关键是该玩家的车库里并没有这些车,按理说该玩家应该被判定成没领过的,第一次领应该是免费的。
于是该玩家向官方Forza Support反馈这个问题,并希望他们能把应当是免费的车发给该玩家,而官方却声称该玩家没买dlc,在该玩家附上了steam购买记录、steam库存dlc界面、游戏内车辆包和通行证界面后,官方仍声称该玩家没有dlc
虽说自己花CR买那些车也不是不行,但该玩家还是感觉自己花180买的升级包多少有些不值

l can't add the cars in the car packs to my garage. It shows I need to spend CR to get the cars./ bought thepremium edition of Forza Horizon 5 on Steam before, but l refunded it and bought the standard edition instead,and all the DLC cars are removed from my garage.After a period of time, I bought the "Premium Add-Ons
Bundle”(the DLC that upgrade the standard version to ultimate version).Then it appears that 've already
received the cars in welcome pack and the other pack, but they're not in my garage and now I need to spend CRto get them.Besides,i got most of the cars in car pass except the Ferrari FXX-K Evo and a few of others, maybeit's because l got those cars before when l have the premium edition, and it was withdrawn after l refunded it,now l can't get it for free, and maybe it's the same reason why l can't get the cars in the car packs for free.Would you be kind enough to send the cars that are free in premium edition to my account on Steam exceptthose in car pass that l already have in my garage? l would really appreciate it.
ln my last ticket, your staff claim that it shows l don't own the DLCs on your end. Here l provided some evidenceto show that l own the DLCs including VIP, car pass, welcome pack and formula pack. The DLCs are purchased onSteam, so maybe what you have checked was my Xbox account. / have XGP Ultimate but I don't have the DLCson Xbox.Please check it more carefully.

The Forza Support and Safety team assists with in-game issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you withthis issue since it is not in-game. Iif you feel you have an in-game issue, please submit a new ticket with theproper ticket form that pertains to your issue.

虽然最后该玩家失败了,但不得不说该玩家真的挺厉害的。
